Before real estate, while attending college in San Diego, he began designing and manufacturing tee shirts for various popular bands. His company F.S. Inc. specialized in licensed products for bands and professional sports teams. As one of the few licensed merchandising companies for the Grateful Dead, Brian provided production and distribution services the band could rely on. After several successful years with the Santana camp, Brian was asked to perform the same creative services for Bob Dylan.
Years of negotiating licensing contracts and managing millions of dollars for the top names in the entertainment industry gave Brian a successful perspective on the importance of attention to detail while providing his clients with solutions that work.
Brian had an amazing run in music merchandising, doing what he loves in an industry he was passionate about. Life on the road was fun, but not conducive to family life, so 15 years and concerts later, Brian knew it was time to find his next passion.

Marin is also generous. A new Marin Community Foundation study concluded that “giving and volunteerism is thriving” here. Some examples:
• 92 percent of Marin residents either volunteered or donated money in the last year.
• 86 percent of households made charitable contributions, beyond the national average of 70 percent.
• Marin households gave an average of 2.3 percent of income to charity, a touch more than the national average of 2.2 percent.
There is nothing like the feeling of giving back, and I will donate $ to for every transaction I do.
These are my favorite foundations that I believe in and support.
